About homeguards

I was thinking. Since homeguards have the 8second off combat timer, wouldn't it be fair to let the Whole base fountain activate it. Instead you must stand in middle of it to set the effect in motion. I think even if you stand in the edge you should be able to get homeguards buff. Wherever you gain HP in that fountain, you should also get base-activated buffs.
