2 comfort changes

I thought it might be easy to implement the following: -Preselect automaticly runes+ masteries and summoner spells for a champion from last time he was played. Of course they can be changed but default are the ones from last game with this champ. -Same for recomended items. Or do a new tab saying YOUR favourite items. so a mean over the purchases one did with a champion. when black cleaver is always build first it is automaticly also first on the my items list. Also possible: a dynamic reccomended items tab where the mean of all players (maybe only plat+) is displayed. Changing the recomended items simply doesnt exist as of now. with this dynamic items, changes in itemsbuilds for champions are directly in the game
