illaois test of spirit vs fioras ripost

short story short in 100 illaoi games i never faced an fiora. so anyone know how fioras ripost works against illaois test of spirit ?

if you think about it it should simply block the tentacle but im curious if you pull the spirit out of someone and he dies without you attacking him or the spirit it doesnt count as an assist. so does ripost still block it ?

and when y does it count as cc if she hits you back with it ?
