Irelia on release: Very strong pick, built in sustain, one-item powerspike, highly mobile, lots of damage, can prevent champions from autoattacking her situationally for 2.5/3/3.5 Irelia not even 1 week later: Thrown right in the dumpster. Attack damage cut pretty significantly (this is shipped after the change to minions which means missing cannon = lose lane), armor chopped down despite only engage and very very situational escape, scaling stun LOCKED to not even a full second no matter what the rank, ult's CC cut by half a second

Akali right now: Very strong pick, built in sustain, one-item powerspike, highly mobile, lots of damage, can prevent champions from autoattacking her for 8 seconds
