Mana regen Glyphs are incorrectly labeled

I was experimenting with different runes when I noticed that scaling mana regen seals and glyphs are very close in their effectiveness, I saw that glyphs were stated as having 0.06 per level and seals were 0.065 per level. However, the game says that glyphs will give you 1.2/5 max while seals say 1.17/5 max. I did the math and discovered that glyphs actually give you 1.08/5 ar max level.
