Morgana potential modernization

Just thinking that with spell vamp being gone for a while and Morgana more of a support than ap damage dealer, her passive (Which is currently bonus spell vamp) could use a change. One potential idea I had was to give her allies bonus damage against champions who she has recently cc'd. Looking forward to any discussion about it.
