a small remake rework

i just had a match (that i actually still won surprisingly) where i couldnt remake because the afk came back at 1:30 or so for like a second never moved then left again before 2:00. that alone prevented the remake and thats really stupid i think it would be much better if for a remake if someone hasnt moved or bought a item at 3:30 mins in you should be able to remake because at that point its obvious they arent coming back or at the least make it so if they come back for a sec then leave again its doesnt completely ruin a remake
