Fiddlesticks' passive rework idea

While not moving and not visible to enemies, Fiddlesticks gains stacks of his passive. If seen and moving, he loses stacks instead. When the passive is fully charged, his next ability gains a bonus effect:

• Q roots the target and lasts more
• W can't be broken by CC and has longer tether range
• E can bounce on him
• R Grounds enemies caught in it (Fiddle can still be knocked back/cced/killed, but now the 12846902 mobility spells in the game don't let everyone and their pets get away the moment he gets a good ult off).
