Please Nerf Volibear!

For what are Tanks good? Yes, to tank the enemy damage. What about Volibear now? Is he an ad/ap carry(Because he does almost 50/50) or a tank? Exactly, all five. Not rarely i saw Volibears doing the most Damage with a diffrence of more then 10 K and tanking the most damage also with a big diffrence.

Either nerf some Tank Items like Sunfire and give them passives which includes more Tankysness instead of Passive Damage. Or just Nerf champions like Tahm Kench,Mao´Kai,Volibear,Nautilus aso who not only carry with their awesome cc but with their damage and tankyness combo instead. You dont need to nerf them hard AND even if, they would be still totally usefull but not a one man army anymore. This is my view from low elo perspective. I dont know how it is in High Elo games (maybe better cause the positioning is better) but because 80% of LoL Players are in low elo you should think about it...
