@Riot, do you have any plans about Heimerdinger?

I really love him, probably he's a shiny diamond of League, but he started to lose his positions after S4 until modern 47-49% of winrate (while you mentioned many times that he's balance around 55%). Right now he's close to be unplayable. Many new items, buffed old items - now there is so much stuff to counter him. But he still didn't get any attention in Mages Update.
