Aatrox lags my game????????!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!!?!?!?!!?

So, whenever this champ is played, regardless of what team he is on, I have 300 plus ping all game, if he's not in game, I have 39 all game, before i hear the whole "its just your bad connection" why does it only happen when i'm play against or with aatrox? i'm legitimately confused and need answers, are all aatrox players just korean ddoser? Also, I have a wired connection, so its not wireless interference
