We are trying to 5 man flex but it wont let us

Posted about this last night, but did not get a response and so here we are again. Last night my friends and I tried to 5 man queue in flex and as it is the start of the season none of us have a rank as usual. Only 3 of us have even played a solo/duo ranked game. We were all excited, new season and all and we finally are able to flex because we were unable to last season because one of our players was unranked while we were all ranked in gold. So this season we figured it would be fixed and all 5 of us good do provisionals together. That did not happen....it still says one or more people in the queue are too highly ranked for other. This makes no sense because we are all unranked. I really wish Riot kept teams alive and not made it flex...ever since flex came along we have always had issues. So I hope someone from Riot can respond to this and help us out because we are really trying to play.
