Help me

Hi peeps, i was gold 1 last season and honestly, i have to say, i DID NOT DESERVE IT, IM BRONZE AS F***, i always got carried by 2 other friends of mine, and they somehow enjoy doing it, but i take no pride and honor in my rank and take no pride in being higher ranking than 80% of the community. I do not blame my team , I blame myself in being trash, but i really want help getting better at the game, and getting a good rank by myself, and i really want tips to improve, im shit at this game and i want help, and i dont want to be carried. please help, cuz being bronze af is really really sad considering im in masters in overwatch, but bronze in league xd, HELP PLEEASE
