When are we going to stop nerfing bloodthirster?

Seriously Riot, this is getting old. Bloodthirster was actually useful when you could stack it, and when it only cost 3000 gold. Those days are long gone, because apparently stacking is "toxic" (even though we still have Nasus, Veigar, and devourer). Whether the stacking mechanic was healthy or not is a matter of opinion, but the least you could do is bring back it's original stats and cost.
