@Riot Can you give Fervor of Battle a better deal

This just hits melee champions again super hard. We have to deal with already gaping a distance between all of the champions played, who, these days, are all long range, but now not being able to deal higher damage is going to hit us super hard. I mean mages are hitting on op levels of damage. Adc's are doing a lot of damage and are doing it safely, You cut the mastery down from 119 something to 60 something. thats crazy.
