Riot: Mad Scientist Ziggs W Animation

I think I posted something like this earlier, but how come Mad Scientist Ziggs' W (Satchel Charge) animation isn't different like the rest of his skins? You got regular Satchel Charge looking thing, a snowman, rubber ducky, and a stack of crystals. But what about the scientist?? You could make the animation something like a Graduated Cylinder, or a Bunson (I think thats how you spell it) Burner. Make him feel more Mad. Just seems a bit out of place with that animation not being different.
