Iam in Bronze 5 and got into Bronze 4 this week but I can't rank up because I only get 10 lp per game and when I lose a game I lose 25 lp.WTF. I got into Bronze 4 because I was on a 4 win streak when I got into Bronze 4 I won 5 more games in a row and got 50 lp and when lost 2 I lost all of that rp. I know it has something to do with the MMR but its just too hard to rank up when u lose 25 lp per game and only get 10 lp when you win
Your op.gg profile says that your winrate is 41%. Estimated MMR 917, which is bellow average. Lower MMR means you lose more LP than you win because the system is trying to place you in the right division and you're still not winning games, therefore don't belong there. Since Bronze 5 is the bottom, i don't know if there's a bottom where your MMR just can't drop anymore and it only means you have to just get better to climb but it doesn't make sense to me to not put in this failsafe as just one loss can cost you 2 or 3 games - requiring of you to have 50-75% more wins than losses just to get out of ELO Hell.
It took me a long time to get good enough to leave ELO Hell. You have to become so good you win about 60-70% of your games over the course of 100 games or so. Then you'll be high bronze.
From there you have to learn better strategy in game and in champ select because your mechanics should be somewhat okay by then. After you get pretty good at all roles and know good strategy and have a good champ pool that can mesh with many diff teams you'll start winning about 60-70% of your games over another 100 or so games then finally maybe be good enough for silver.
That's why its called ELO hell. It takes time and their aren't any shortcuts unless you're really naturally gifted or taught the game by a very very good player.
Right now you have a 41% win rate in ranked. Over you last 20 ranked games you have had a 40% win rate in ranked. Even if you were getting equal LP for a win as a loss you would not be able to climb right now.
As far as why you are getting less LP for a win its mainly because your win rate is so low right now that it has tanked your MMR. Once you get your win rate to around 50% you will start to see that you will get about the same LP for a win as a loss.
My biggest advice to you is you need to narrow and define your champion pool. You've played 36 champions in ranked so far this season over only 111 games. That's WAY too many. You should be looking at only playing 2-3 champions per role at first and you should have specific criteria for when you pick each champions. For example, when I play ADC my 3 champions are Lucian, Miss Fortune and Corki. Lucian is kind of my default ADC, Miss Fortune is the ADC I pick if my team has really good team fighting and Corki is the ADC I pick when my team is very AD focused.

I agree the rank system is terrible makes playing league not fun in the fact that you can do good and still lose and lose the lp you were gonna get i feel that they should change the rank system were if you lose but went positive you should only lose 5 lp and if you lose you lose 15 lp that would make it were good bronze/ silver players can move up since i have played with a gold player that was total shit makes me wonder how is that noob in gold when im silver 3.... So far this game takes no skill at all just team base which is stupid in the fact one player on your team can ruin the whole game..... im soon gonna switch to xbox one just in the fact lol isn't fun anymore since i get idiots most games that feed and i can't do anything about it.... So please riot fix this elo bs because if you don't you're gonna lose peaple since league isn't fun anymore with retards out there
