Idea For Reworking Devourer
I know Devourer is getting changed in 6.9, but I felt like thinking of a rework for it myself.
I think the problem with devouer is trying to put all of its value in on hit damage. Devourer should be something like this.
+30 Attack Damage +30% Attack Speed +30 Magic Damage On Hit
Unique Passive - Devour Upon killing 10 large jungle monsters, gain the ability to use Glutton. (No Cooldown)
Unique Active - Glutton For 10 seconds increase this items on hit magic damage to 60, and gain +20% attack speed and +5% movespeed. Additionally your basic attacks reduce your targets Magic Resist by 4 for 5 seconds. (Stacks up to 5 times)
Just a random idea for reworked devourer, but it seems strong because of the active, but a lot more balanced because a lot of its power is in an active, that you have to farm the jungle to be able to use.
