(Desperate) Replay bug for Skin Spotlight

Hello League community I am pretty desperate right now and lost... Do you guys know where I can download patch client 6.4 version? it keeps giving me bugsplat trying to view 6.4 replays. I have went to the website and followed instructions to put the patch into the deploy folder, however it still gave me a bugsplat. Does anyone know where I can download patch 6.4 or fix the bugsplat problem? Thank you!
