A junglers thoughts on the meta right now.

Personally with the exclusion of over tuned junglers such as Warwick and Volibear, than in high elo Nunu, I think we are in a very very healthy jungle meta, and this is the healthiest ive seen it in a long time. While The top ten junglers in the game right now could all use some minor nerfs to tone them done a percentage or two, I personally hope riot doesn't impliment any extreme changes. Now what do I mean when I say "the jungle is healthy right now?"

Well in seasons 1-5 We had what I like to call "trinity metas" in the jungle, where in every patch their would be a holy trinity of junglers that you had to either play or just flat out ban, if you didn't do either you were playing very unwisely in ranked or pro play. No you were playing almost stupidly and naive.

However since the start of season 6 we saw riot doing away with "trinity" metas, and saw metas where six..to even ten junglers were meta at the same time and almost all on equal standings. Now fast forward to season 8 and if you look up on champion.GG

http://champion.gg/statistics/#?roleSort=Jungle&sortBy=general.winPercent&order=descend

You will see 23 different junglers all will, personally I believe any champion is viable as long as they have a 48 percent win rate or higher, for some their line is on 49. If you go by the 48 standard it's

38

if you go by the 49 standard it's 33

THATS A LOT of viable junglers right now, and it's been a while since I seen so many be viable at the same time.

While I agree their are lots of powerful junglers, yes a bunch of junglers are OP right now and can use some nerfs, but if riot can keep them at a 50 percent win rate, than that would be so good for everyone.

I hope all that happens i simple correct nerfs and no extreme changes.
