Unfair matchups?

Ok so more and more often, I am getting some unfair matchups, no matter the map or game type, it is usually an unfair matchup, usually level 30s-70s (why those would be in the same matchup when none of them are in a party I don't know) versus people over level 100. This is pretty unfair and not all of these people are in parties, it can't be the case, hence why me and another friend using level 30 profiles get paired with someone over twice our level or even higher than level 100 (this example is coming from a 3v3 match, me and a friend in a party of us two, and then one insanely high leveled person). How can this make any sense? I just really want this to stop happening so much, not just playing against people near level 185 but having an unfair advantage on my team by being paired up with a random person near that same insane level. It just isn't fair, fun, or enjoyable.
