Using Left Click for Attack Move

So for the last couple years I've been using left click to attack move by altering the input.ini file in RiotGames/LeagueofLegends/Config/input.ini.

Unfortunately I recently set my keybinds back to default and am unable to change the input.ini file to change in game settings. In patch 5.22 it was mentioned that keybinds would be stored on the server, but it makes it impossible for us left-clickers to set our attack move. Please add an in-game option to change attack move to left-click. Many Thanks.
