You win. If you didn't get the carry, you lose. Your bot lane fed, and the game was effectively over in 10 mins. This might be fine for plat/diamond individuals that can carry, but for silver trying to climb it pretty much sucks and you have little to no chance of learning higher levels of macro even if you're mechanically competent on your champ. This is a big part of why matchmaking is so fu-ing terrible right now.
