2 PBE days have gone and no balance changes.

We only saw some changes in the first PBE after the 9.7 hit live, then the next two days had no balance changes at all. Great. This balance team don’t know how to balance the game, now they don’t even try anything.

For 5 PBE patches in a row we see the same Teemo changes that get reverted. If it takes you 5 patches to do something, you might as well not do it.
