@Riot. Preseason question

So i know to expect alot of changes with the assasin update and other things going on. But what i wanted to know is if we can hope to see any Mordekaiser buffs. He is rarely played botlane(1% of the 2% global who play him) so its time to pull power away from duo lane Morde.

Seeing as for the past Year (excluding last worlds) his winrate and popularity (halved)have been consistently Low.

Just recently inori played him at lcs. Which doubled his popularity. Sharply dropped his winrate which goes to show the task of playing to win with mordekaiser isnt an easy one.

Could i get a red please
