@Riot If you're going to give Karthus any changes...

So Maple Nectar mentioned how Karthus in some sort of "Bucket of Champions" that can be worked on if/when certain projects internally/on PBE go smoothly, so I thought I'd put my 2 cents on the whole thing, and Among other things, I'd like to advocate to at least keep his ability to Jungle.

I don't know if that Presence of Mind change is going to go through, which currently is: "Takedowns restore 20% of your maximum mana and refund 10% of your Ultimate's cooldown."

And while that sounds almost ludicrous on Karthus (because an ace on Karthus = 50% ult cooldown), I would also like to point out that Karthus would be trading this out for his Level 2-3 spikes of free mana he gets while leveling up. Which also includes his ability to get free mana while Jungling, which for him is almost crucial to his clearing imo.

On top of that, it does strike me as weird that this hasn't been addressed quite yet, but doesn't this seem to be contradicting something Riot mentioned when they addressed Abyssal mask, in beforehand there was a lack of interaction when the user has the item? Wouldn't changing Presence of Mind like this reduce Karthus's interactions in lane even further? Keep in mind, Karthus in lane isn't known as being too interactive, where his main shtick is Farm Farm Farm until you're a god late-game (think like a Mid-Lane Nasus or something, or just Nasus if you're playing Karthus top lol) unless it's someone who has problems escaping a Karthus who knows what he's doing, like Teemo, Lux, etc. I know CS is important, but if y'all are trying to make laning more interactive with your opponent, being able to do so is a bit of an important factor here.

Just saying, I'm a little uneasy on the change to Presence of Mind regarding Jungle, so I'd just like to ask if something should/could be done about Karthus's Mana management in JG. Feedback/discussion is of course, encouraged :)
