Some tips i can give for Lanes.

You can start at the opposite buff instead (You can start blue buff if you need to as a mana reliant jungle champion). is most likely to take his red buff then take his blue or go to your red right after his, this would either lead to a kill or death. But if you start the opposite buff (red buff) they'll waste their time trying to find you in your red side jungle. This would lead to a gank to your top or mid lane but wasting the enemy's jungler's time is really important even in early game.

If he does appear ask your bot lane to come, if you see them near the enemy turret ask your midlane to come. If they're at the enemy turret then you can take your blue. Because your mid lane and bot lane are near the enemy turret this means is most likely going to gank one of the lanes and you can warn them about it.
