When is riot getting rid of the GARBAGE Riven champ

This champion has a kit with zero cost Q (stun) Q Q (knock up) if I manage to counter, she Es right away with another zero cost ability. Riven players spam Q because there's virtually no cooldown and no resource cost. This is not a quality gameplay mechanic.

And since its been proven that Riven players simply CANNOT compete in their ELO with ANY OTHER CHAMP. This "champion" muist be reworked or removed from ranked play.

It would be one thing if there was legitimate counterplay... THERE IS NOT ANY. How can you counterplay a champ that suffers no cost for constantly spamming their ability? Q Q Q E Q Q Q E Q Q Q E Q Q Q E nobody can compete except for others that stun themselves, but once shes unstunned, its Q Q Q E Q Q Q E over and over and over and over and over.

"Oh she's very technical" whats so fucking technical about spamming Q??? Zero! Its a garbage champ on my permaban list along with another broken garbage champ like JAX
