A real issue with premades

Am I the only one who keeps getting these pre-mades that consist of someone that's one league higher than the others and tries to carry? Every pre-made I get now is like this and we lose. When I had a 4 win streak, I had no pre-mades in any of them. Has ANYONE else had this? Riot can we fucking stop DQ now, please? Because I'm ready to buy Overwatch and leave until the next season when HOPEFULLY you sort things out.
