Platinum and Gold levels
now right i am platinum V, i am worrying if i lost more games will it go back to gold level again?

From what I can tell your MMR is well within Plat V levels..
Start worrying when you start playing with mostly Gold 3 players or lower. You can get demoted if your MMR drops to ~Gold 4 level.
I wouldn't take the chance this close to the end of the season if you care for the reward from plat id stop playing ranked till the end of the season. League system is flawed at times
