Will there be more events for hextech crafting?

Sooo i spent like 4.3k on those project chests, i'm pretty happy with the end result of my new skins. However, I was thinking of spending some monies to buy that 10+1 hextech chest bundle until I look back to the project chests and realise that instead of getting 11 shards I could get like 22 for the same price. So I don't know if there like an article on this and I suppose I could wait a decent amount of time. Also, do you think the 10+1 chest bundle is worth it?
