Frankenstein creates a monster for the good of science and to improve his knowledges. However he was far ahead of its time : he wasn't able to predict the outcome and people weren't ready for this.

Certainly creates new champions to refresh the game and to modernise lol. This improves the way to play the game. However the concepts are too modern for the players. Because if we compare old content against his new content there is a huge gap.

CertainlyT champions are trying to kill him too, while being too modern for the game and by being advantaged against classical champions. People complain a lot about his champions.

Frankenstein learnt from his mistakes and finally tried to kill the monster. However it was to late he died then his monster followed him to hell.

Yasuo and zoé have been so popular that even if certainlyT and riot wanted to rework them they could not because those champions are the best money makers. So yes the monsters are more powerfull than the creators themselves.
