Rengar....?

I know that was a big problem before his nerfs (especially at a competitive level), but I think that all the nerfs have really made the savage knife cat feel more like a housecat than the predator we once knew. It feels like RIOT gave him a fancy new blade but then kicked him into a creek, smashed him against a tree, bounced him off a boulder, and then threw him off a cliff. I just want RIOT to make him slightly stronger in lower elos or at least make him able to compete with other junglers such as or , at least in lower elos anyway.

Rengar was really strong before and I don't think that throwing him off Mount. Targon and forgetting about him is the best approach.
