New game Que shortcut/Better banning system/picking

Ok, so I was thinking about this, tell me what you guys think.

When you Que up, you have 6 champions for your preferred bans, What this will accomplish in point form is the following (Shortens Wait times after you found your players by several minutes) allows you to Hover the champion you want to Play when get que'd in without fear of your allies banning your champion. as the bans are already selected on a pre-selection basis.

if you are in Slot 3-4-5 it gives you a Ban of those 6 champions you don't like depending on what allies had in their pre selected ban list for example if you are slot 4, and slot 3 banned your first Ban selection champion it skips to your second ban option.
