Should an updated Howling Abyss tutorial be created for beginners to understand the game better?

Tutorial is a thing that most of the games,online or not,use to give an idea to beginners so that they can understand how to play the game and sometimes also experience it.In LeagueOfLegends there are 2 tutorial gameplays.One is to learn the basics of the game and the other is for players to experience more advanced gameplay techniques inside the Summoners Rift which is the mostly played mode.Recently Practise tool was added,but i am not going to talk about it cause i consider it as a different thing than tutorial. Lets get back to the 1st tutorial mode which is also my main subject in this discussion.In my opinion it is not such a great way for players to understand the basics because of the following reasons:

1. It is mostly unrelated to the real gaming experience because there are many buffs so that you can never die and so that you will always win it.Players and especially beginners must experience bot Victory and Defeat in order to understand the real objective in every game even if it is not PvP.

2. It doesnt have all the available items in the store and thats very importand cause if Riot makes it possible for players to loose in the Howling Abyss tutorial mode then players must have the ''Equipment'' aka items so that they can change the outcome of the game even if they loose cause theyre beginners.Always remember that items is something that can change everything in a game.

So i think that Riot should make a new updated version of the game with some of the solutions of the the problems i previously mentiones.As for the 2nd tutorial i think that it is good enough and that it clearly learns new players different and more advanced techniques.The only think that i and many players would be happy if it changed would be if the 2nd tutorial in Summoners Rift is that it should have 6 instead of the 3 Garen,Ashe and Ryze in order that beginners could learnn from all categories of champions : Assassins,tanks,fighters,mages,marksman and support.
