Can we add a QSS Equivalent item for fighting melee champs?

Gives MR and a 90 second Cleanse but why not add an item like this against melee champs with powerful cc for countering champs like Darius, Nasus, Trundle ect. It would of course share cooldown with QSS to prevent building both but add more versatility to champs that are going against teams with heavy ad and maybe one mage like say you're playing top against a Darius/Nasus Top and a Malzahar Mid you typically wouldnt go qss top against Darius or Nasus since the MR would be a waste for the most part but if there was one that gave armor you could use it to get out of that pesky slow into full bleed combo from darius or that 90 second nasus slow in a pinch while still having the utility of the cleanse against the Malz lategame despite the lack of MR that QSS would have.

Just wondering why this isn't a thing. Feel free to express your opinions on why this would be a good or bad idea or to add on to what I was already saying. ;)
