Posting this in the right category this time (thanks Riot for letting me know this kind of idea didn't belong in concepts and creations).

So with Urgod getting his much needed rework some time after Galio, I wanted to share some Ideas I had for him. Feel free to share your own ideas on this thread as well.

Urgot: The Mind Killer

Lore Sion is the pride and joy of the Noxian military. He represents Noxus in every way a Noxian wants to think about. A skilled and loyal soldier who was gifted with eternal life for his services.

Urgot on the other hand, represents everything a Noxian doesn't want to think about. Like Sion, Urgot was a soldier who gave his life for Noxus; however he was brought back as monster. He is what every Noxian soldier fears they will become. He is a shell of flesh and metal filled only with torment and inhuman hatred. He served his country only to be repaid with endless misery.

I imagine Urgot as the general that no one wants to work for. Everyone is scared of him for good reason. He is cruel and not above killing his own men if they anger him, and he is easy to anger. He is visually horrifying and unpleasant to be around. When his soldiers go into battle, they are not afraid of failure for the usual reasons. Instead, they fear the consequences of facing Urgot's rage.

An alternative idea that many seem to like is Urgot being a chem baron in Zaun. To me it would be cool if he still worked for Noxus but is in charge of overseeing the infiltration of Piltover from up close.

Personality Urgot is driven by pain and pure hatred. Every moment of his undeath is a torturous struggle to survive. He does not fear death, in fact, he wants to die. The only reason he hangs onto life is because he doesn't want to go down without getting revenge. He hates the man who killed him, he hates his own allies for bringing him into a torturous second existence, and he hates himself.

Appearance Having been killed, resurrected and augmented, Urgot is a horrific, walking abomination. He is a hulking monstrosity of metal and scarred flesh; pipes of caustic fluid protrude from his skin while various weapons are built into his arms. He is a physical manifestation of pain and the loss of one’s humanity. Personally I really like the look of the leaked model: https://gyazo.com/7dab02f4ff8d25d0c3770ccd25ff932b However, I think the fleshy parts should be covered in scars where he's been repeatedly cut open for new augmentations; though this can easily be solved with textures.

Gameplay Urgot is a Marksman/Tank hybrid that specializes in harassing the enemy with ranged, high damage abilities. While having a low movement speed, he also possesses higher health, armor and magic resist than other Marksmen.

Abilities Passive: Corrosive Defense – Receiving above a certain damage threshold causes Urgot’s cybernetic arteries to spray caustic fluid. This damages and slows all enemies within a small radius while giving Urgot a shield for 20% of his max health. This lasts for 3 seconds. Upon death Urgot explodes, causing initial burst damage and applying slows and DOT (for 3 seconds) to all enemies within the AOE; however this only applies if the killing blow(s) exceeded the damage threshold. Cooldown: 6 seconds

Q: Acid Barrage – Urgot scans an area before him. Up to three enemy champions caught within this area are targeted by homing missiles. On impact, the missiles deal AOE damage and apply DOT that lasts for 3 seconds. If no enemy champions are locked on to, Urgot fires three missiles that blow up on the first enemy minion or champion they hit.

Acid Barrage is a cone shaped skill shot with the range of a Jinx W and max width slightly larger than a Camille W. Cooldown: 8 seconds Mana Cost: 30

W: Searing Kinetic Charge – Urgot charges and fires a projectile in a chosen direction. While charging Urgot stops moving for 0.5 seconds. The charge is not blocked by minions and deals damage to all enemies it passes through; as well as those it passes directly by (this is for only 20% of their max health). Upon hitting the first enemy champion still under the affects of the Caustic Impairment Shell, the charge will explode for extra AOE damage and stun all affected enemies for 0.5 seconds.

Searing Kinetic Charge is a skill shot with the range of Jinx’s W. Cooldown: 7 seconds Mana Cost: 20

E: Caustic Impairment Shell – Urgot fires a chemical artillery shell that deals a small amount of initial AOE damage and slows all affected targets for 2 seconds. It also reduces the armor of all affected enemies by 30% for 5 seconds.

Caustic Impairment shell is a ground targeted AOE ability with the range and AOE size of Twitch’s W. Cooldown: 12 seconds Mana Cost: 25

R: Chemtech Annihilation – Urgot launches a long ranged chemical missile that deals high AOE damage and applies fear for 1.5 seconds and DOT for 4 seconds to all affected enemies.

Chemtech Annihilation is a ground targeted AOE ability that zooms the player out like Jhin’s ult; while also possessing the range of Jhin’s ult. The AOE is about the size of Zyra’s ult. Cooldown: 100 seconds Mana Cost: 90
