Lucian UPDATE!

Lore - Lucian was once a bright student, he attended one of the finest schools available in Noxus. It was all going well until Lucian bumped into the wrong crowd. Pretty soon, his life of straight A's turned into robbing people at gunpoint and smoking weed. His parents didn't like his new path but fuk it Lucian was a born gangsta and left his house never to return again. Him and his friend Tyrone Biggums planned to rob the grand Noxus bank which holds the forbidden Hextech Gunblade. They ran into the bank only to find Sin Lee, The Blind Monkey guarding the vault. Lucian readied his Glock and ordered Tyrone to fire at Lee, but the bullets were blocked by his safeguard. He responded by hitting Tyrone with a QRQ. Tyrone's entire existence imploded instantly. Lucian looked at his fallen comrade and started to weep, Lee Sin felt remorse and did not kill Lucian. Lucian quickly ran away at 50 miles per hour. Stricken with guilt and sorrow, the angry black man joined the League of Legends to avenge Tyrone and kill Sin Lee.

Passive ( Black Genetics ) - Lucian's Black Gene's give him an advantage on the battlefield. Lucian becomes immune to any form of damage upon being hit by a non-black champion for 3 seconds.

Q ( Rob ) - For 8 seconds your basic attacks steal 10 gold from the target champion you attack, if the champion has less than 500 gold, you steal his items as well.

W ( 1 on 1 ) - Targeted champion gets teleported with Lucian to a Basketball Court for 1 minute. If the targeted champion fails to win the basketball match, he/she will be killed.

E ( Jump dis fool ) - Lucian summons 4 black companions to stun lock a target champion for 18 seconds. At the end of this duration all of the targeted champion's gold and items will cease to exist.

R ( Global Robbery ) - Lucian steals all gold and all items from every enemy champion in the game. Item's will be replaced with fried chicken and packets of kool-aid.
