there is no cap on ap items right?

i actually think it is quite fair to not have a cap on ap items since mid kinda gets gangbanged by every single lane haha any tank can counter them which means jg/bot/top can all counter any ap champ so i think the no cap is quite fair since most ap champs dont have health and all they have is ap
