Neeko's AA animation is awkward and slow

So i picked up neeko a few days ago and the actual first thing that happened was that i cancelled her AA 3 times straight by accident. However, her third empowered AA is actually extremely fast... complete opposite of the first two AAs

I've actually never encountered this on any champion i played. Most champions have animation before and after the attack... on neeko i feel like the whole animation duration is front-loaded into the animation before the AA shots and it feels sluggish and just plain weird.

Auto attacking while kiting/chasing is just not smooth enough. I feel literally like i am a sitting duck during the auto attack animation because it is so long.

i dunno, maybe it's just me... anyone else feeling this on her?
