A SUGGESTION for riot

We play this game for too long and now most of us are playing this game for the ranked games...today i picked my champion and i connect into the game normally...(AT AN INSPOT center) and suddenly the pc stop works...everything is ok,i log out from the crashed CURSED pc(with the 21 number) and i go to pc 22...and anyway i log in to the pc and the league of legends, i press reconnect and boom i see -17 points and a leave to my match history...and all those things happend just in 3-4 minutes...i mean this so SICKKKK...you are going at inspot center to give damage and kill them all and you lose points before even you start...i got mad and i want my points back :P ...anyway thats what i wanna say is this: riot has to fix that issue about the afk thing...i think he has to pause the game for 5 minutes at all the players and then remake automatically...or smth like that... omg this is so sickkk
