New jungle item

If you go to the match history online(on the League of Legends webpage), go to player builds, and pick someone who has built hunters machete, instead of hunters machete's icon, you will see hunter's talisman. The effects of it is:

"+150% mana regeneration while in jungle.

Unique Passive-Tooth-Damaging a monster steals 20 up over 5 seconds. Grants +15 bonus experience when killing large jungle monsters. "

I don't know if it shows up in everyone' s match history but it showed up on the SKT vs. OG match history.
