Keystone Masteries in Spectator mode.

ATM, there is no way to see what keystone masteries the players selected in spectator mode without having to look it up on op.gg or other websites. It is nice that in game the tab key lets you see what keystone mastery everyone took, but it should also exist on the spectator mode on the scoreboard.

I'd love to just be able to see what runes and masteries the people are using while in spectator mode period. Would really help me with knowing what I should be going with.
