Remember when explosives actually hurt?

Maybe it's just me, but I always thought an ability called "explosive cask" was supposed to be dangerous. I remember when AP Gragas was a thing his ult (and the rest of his kit) was actually something to be feared. Now whenever he ults in a fight everyone just lols cuz the damage can be shrugged off so easily. Can we please get rid of tank Gragas and make him an ap mid again? Tank Gragas is trash and landing skillshots doesn't feel rewarding at all.
