New Ideas For Marksmen- Toggling abilities!? 何!。

Hello everybody. If you clicked this link, I'm sure you're curious with what kind of idea I have in mind. As we all know, the Marksmen are the pinnacle of end game damage or the turnaround of a team fight, but we also know their gameplay is completely boring and essentially easy to perform: Farm, win trade, kite, excreta... So why don't we actually mix it up a bit? Eh? I'm sure many will call it out and say that this idea is seemingly fool hearty, stupid, or something on the line of more or less, but personally I see the potential of a marksmen that isn't just a simple, "Oh hey, I can right click auto for a ton of damage... and here's an ability to spam along with it. click"

Yes, yes, some say and agree that being the ADC is the most crucial fact of playing with your team, but what if we made it much more stimulating?

Here's my proposal or idea to make these marksmen fell a bit more... "self advocating" instead of having heavy reliance on your supporting teammate. They're not the only ones who feel the same way either. As a support, we want our Marksmen to be the top gun and maybe now we can give them the potential to become one. Let me know what you think and or give some healthy feedback or your emotions to the idea. We could possibly help League grow. Before we start, I have a disclaimer. The only downfall I see at the moment would be more traffic flow to and from the internet, so lag or latency could be a possible outcome. Now that has been said, let me shine upon you the idea. Okay, so here it is:

To start off think of Ryze as we know him. He is a spamming mage who uses his Q,W,E in quick successions and in specific ways to grant specialized outcomes. So lets do that with marksmen, but make some tweaks. Some of their abilities will be a specialized toggle instead by also ridding their usage of mana and cancel out scenarios like,"presses R (Team Penta-kill)". This way, whichever ability you start, you must know they're all situational to the end.

To begin we'll make it so attack speed is of course the Rate at which you can use your Ammo (the higher, the better) and your CDR is how long it takes to reload so it is not busted and has a limit cap to the amount of "Ammo" you can use with every succession. Each Q, W, and E will have separate stats of course. Some abilities on specific champs could be used to be used as a bunch, as AOEs, and others as specialized focuses. Example: Say you were Ashe, and since your E is Volley, you can save up a lot arrows and can toggle 3 times to use it as needed. If She holds onto E on the 3rd toggle and typically desperate for a retreat, you use absolutely all of your saved "Ammo" in (E) at once in a radius surrounding her (grows per level). If it hits an enemy, it slows/as an ineffective peel and does little damage for Ashe to escape...or in some cases, bait. If you are on second toggle, your E goes out in a cone as it regularly does until you auto it out of "Ammo" (will work just like how Runaan's Hurricane passive does). If you are in first toggle, your E is dealing extra damage, but consuming more stored "Ammo". Now, as I have said before, that was just an example specifically for Ashe's E ability. Now just imagine all of the things we could do for all of the other Marksmen in league. It would completely change the aspect of how an ADC or any unordinary marksmen is seen.

Could you imagine for Ezreal? Do you know how cool his specialized toggles would be? His Q's would be so creatively used unlike what ever that bolt is he autos with. I could just see it now. First toggle, would be a mirror, so if you shoot left, another goes right. Second toggle would be dual Q's working like Galileo's Q (but ignoring the middle animation part of course), and the 3rd toggle be weak piercing shots. I mean, of course something like Arcane shift won't be touched. We all need that, but what about his w? It is almost worthless half the time. Wouldn't you think it would be cool if it could have a much more essence like feel and actually fluctuate? I can see it right now... toggle one where you hold down and then throw 2 swirling X like shapes that just slowly swirl towards a given path dealing AOE damage. Toggle two, 3 if them blasting off in a cone but snake/cane like pattern. Toggle three, a new toggle set where his arcane shift actually stays open as a portal, but only for your q and w to go through for an extreemely limited time?

All I am saying here is that Marksmen have waaaay too much potential that in essence, League is completely ignoring here, you guys. Who wants just a boring old auto attack when you can actually change up how you auto/play? I mean yes, I do believe Marksmen really need a shift with how they are played. Coming from someone who does a large load of bottom lane playing, trying to dominate farm/gold for 20 minuets with what we have right now is very... vexing. Especially when you don't win... like at all.
