LOW PING - Constant DC

... It's 2k17, why is this happening again? The Title Says it All... I have cosntant 100-120ms tops, but i keep dcing, my character runs around and everyone else is frozen... ?

I came back recently into playing league maybe a week or two ago, and i've played a couple of games without any sort of lag, but other games... the game just goes wild, when i ask other people some of them tell me they're having the same issue... Can i please get a solution for this?

I tried everything requested from formus/support... but this is constantly happening.... I tried using "Haste" as requested in one of the support links, and downloaded it... it did nothing good to my client, this lag keeps happening constantly only when i play league of legends... can i please get help/solution on how to fix this? EuW
