I can't get Leona to LVL7

I have played like 60+ matches with and i get 1 lvl7 Tokens as Leona top, and our jg camped my .ss pretty hard. I had some S and S+ matches with her but only in those games when i had 20+ assists and less than 4 deaths... The matches are too fast to reach this many assists so it's almost impossible to get some supports to lvl7. Can somebody help me HOW to get her to lvl 7?

If you want, you can still "cheat" the system by duoing with a friend playing on a pretty new account and taking leona top, should be a fast win and easy S
