Are we ever going to see change in the CDR especially for stun abilities?

The situation is getting more ridiculous by the patch. There is such an overload in champs on CC side along side with AP damage that it's literally no fun to play when every fight you see champs the likes of brand, jax, zoe, pyke and many many others just spamming them making the game almost non interactive.

I like hard CC as much as next person but seriously they should not receive the same CC reduction as other skills. The payoff is just outrageous if you can spam every 3-4 sec another CC which lasts 1-2 sec.
