There NEEEEEEDS to be a stricter/more harsh penalty for doging in aram, every single time i get a half decent champ someone dodges. Then im forced to play a champ i dont know/like and its constant. I suggest adding like a 2hour ban for dodging in aram, witha penalty like this people cant just dodge then go jerk off and then do it all over again.
I think the system should give you the same champ that you had before the dodge into the next game. That way if it's a champ you like, you're happy and if it's a champ you don't like, you still have to use your re-roll (if any) or trade with someone. I don't see the harm in that.

I mean, I'm all for higher dodge penalties in general, so sure. Sounds good to me.
I think ARAM should have a lower CD if anything. In fact there shouldn't be more than a 5 min CD for leaving for any map. I'd rather have to wait in the queue than group with some feeding asshat that doesn't want to wait 10+ mins to play a game. Those types are usually abusive and unwilling to learn a new champion (you know they'll get the free play champs they don't know how to play)
The game already has dodge timer penalties, did you forget that? Starts off at 5 minutes then jumps up from there.
