Didn't skip division?

Hi, I'm Tier 5 Lucian- I went into my G3 Promos with a 3 win streak and ended up going 2-0 resulting in 5-0 with an MMR of 1739 at the time i got into Promos. So I did some research and decided to check the MMR given by na.op.gg of the top person in G3, aka GreatKW (Note I'm just using these people as examples I don't know them) And his MMR is lower than mine GreatKW in Gold 3: http://prntscr.com/adqif4 GreatKW MMR : http://prntscr.com/adqiha

So I decided to kick it up a notch and check the top of G2 Leaderboard, and I found Sacert Pic of Sacert: http://prntscr.com/adqims Note: I chose Sacert of snowTnT because Sacert had more LP thus more MMR. Sacert MMR: http://prntscr.com/adqil4

I'm just slightly confused as to why I didn't even raise a division or two, given if raising two is possible.
